Is education content really free?
Yes — all 242 pages of medication references, lab values, procedure guides, ECG anatomy, and critical care content are completely free with no account required. Premium covers the paid quiz tools, like unlimited daily questions and the Missed Questions review mode, and expanded MedAssist access.
What's included in the free quiz tier?
Free accounts get 20 quiz questions per day at every licensure level, with full analytics, spaced repetition, and CE tracking, plus 5 AI tutor messages a day. CE tracking is a log for CE credits you earn elsewhere; E3 quizzes are not an accredited CE provider. Paid plans unlock unlimited questions, the Missed Questions review mode, higher AI tutor scopes, and more AI usage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. See the Terms of Service, section 7.2.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly (yearly saves roughly two months). Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You can view your billing details and manage your subscription from your account dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
